Sports have always been one of my great passions. I completed my studies in Health, Physical Education and Sports Science. For the past 20 years, I have been a dedicated personal trainer/physical education instructor.
At the same time, I am a proud Triathlon athlete and coach for all levels and distances, as well as a certified IRONMAN coach. I am a multi runner finisher from 5km distances to Marathon events and a multi Triathlon finisher- from speed to IM 70.3 distance (over 16 participations). In 2018I competed at the IM 70.3 World Championship in South Africa.

Training programs developed by experts are much more effective in strength, endurance and motivation compared to random training. The following 4 categories refer to personalized programs based on training principles and tailored to your needs (current fitness condition, available hours) and goals.
I work with a team of specialists (physiotherapist, occupational physiologist, nutritionist) for optimal results. In order to develop your personalized program, you take an ergometric test of nutritional control (cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal) that is repeated at regular intervals for measurable results. Programs are thoroughly explained and regularly adjusted for constant progress. Should you have any queries concerning your program, you can contact me at specified times. Programs can be combined with personal training classes for greater supervision and results.
